Spring Training! March 2014 Update!


Running Club - Spring Training will be starting on 
Tuesday, April 1, 2014.

We have some exciting changes for this Spring session.

Tuesdays and Thursdays will be our 7:40 a.m. run.

Wednesdays will be our 7:40 a.m. workout in the gym featuring 
fitness, form, stamina and endurance training.

Students from Grades 1 & 2 must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate in the Tuesday and Thursday morning runs.

There will will be a running meeting on Wednesday, March 19th where permission forms will handed out. Students must return signed permission forms in order to participate.

Our goal this year is to get ready for the 
TDSB Healthy Schools 5k Run/Walk 
at Downsview Park on 
Saturday, May 24th, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
